What Is the Inter-Caste Marriage Scheme?
Launched by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, this scheme encourages marriages between Scheduled Caste (SC) and non-SC individuals by offering them a financial grant.

Eligibility Criteria
You are eligible if:
- One partner belongs to a Scheduled Caste (SC).
- The marriage is registered under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

- It is the first marriage for at least the SC spouse.
- Combined annual income is below ₹5 lakh.
- A registered marriage certificate is mandatory.
